#0001

Garry Sands, North Tolsta,
Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides

This gorgeous beach is literally at the end of the road, and is a 'must'
for any visitor to the islands.
#0002

Garry Sands, North Tolsta,
Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides

The huge Hebridean skies
are stunning, particularly
when the sun shines!
#0003

Standing Stones, Garynahine,
Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides

These stones are very close to the right hand side of the road as you drive towards Great Bernera.
#0004

Scrabo Tower from Cunningburn,
County Down, Northern Ireland
#0005

Bayble, Point,
Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides

This beach is quite small, but has
a lovely view out to Bayble Island,
The rocks and pebbles are a beautiful mixture of colours and textures.
#0006

Elgol, Isle of Skye,
Inner Hebrides

Heather is ubiquitous in the Highlands, but seldom is it as lush as this!
#0007

The Broch, Calanais,
Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides

The broch at Calanais is a remarkable example of its kind; the double drystone wall means that there is a cavity which can still be entered.
#0008

Near Great Bernera
Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides

The single track road used to be the only type of road on the island, and driving is very different to driving on the mainland. The scenery on the west side of the island is stunning.
